Market Street Boutique updated policies 2021
Effective 3/18/2021
With so many changes for small business in the past year, it’s time for us to update some of our policies and list them for review. We want to make sure we can keep our prices low for our wonderful customers!
ORDERING
You can order our products and pay online at www.marketstreetboutique.online OR you may comment your email, size, and shipping or pickup option on a product photo on our Facebook or Instagram page and we will invoice you within 48 hours. Invoices occasionally go to junk mail. Invoices are due 24 hours after receipt. If you need an extended time to pay, please reach out to Nikki or Maggie and we will discuss payment details. Invoicing and cancelling takes a lot of time and we appreciate your timely payment.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. USPS has been experiencing an influx of packages and delays are possible. We are happy to provide FAST shipping. We try our best to get packages out within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do same day shipping whenever possible. In the event of shipping postpone, we will be as transparent as possible and will work diligently to get your orders out as soon as possible.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Please make sure it is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non delivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If package is returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have the order shipped again.
If you receive a damaged or inaccurate item, please send an email to shop@marketstreetboutique.online within 3 days of receiving the item.
We charge a flat rate fee of $6 for shipping. We will now offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75!
In addition to shipping, we offer free in-store or curbside pickup.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
We hope you LOVE everything you receive from us. However, we understand that things do not work out sometimes. We offer a return for store credit so we can find you something that does work. Returns for store credit or exchanges on non-sale items are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as merchandise meets the guidelines below:
- Items must be unworn & unwashed with original tags still intact
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur, & smoke or other odors
- Shoes must be returned in original shoe box without damage to the box
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased at a discounted price or on a sale are not eligible for return.
- Intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, hair accessories, swimwear, hats, & jewelry are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns. If the return violates our policy or does not follow the guidelines above, we will not be able to accept or issue a store credit and the customer will be responsible for paying if they would like to have the item shipped back to them. We will contact you to give you the option if this occurs.
Please allow us 5-10 business days to process any return.
Postage for return is the customer’s responsibility. You may return the item in-person at either location to avoid postage costs.
