RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We hope you LOVE everything you receive from us. However, we understand that things do not work out sometimes. We offer a return for store credit so we can find you something that does work. Returns for store credit or exchanges on non-sale items are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as merchandise meets the guidelines below:

  • Items must be unworn & unwashed with original tags still intact
  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur, & smoke or other odors
  • Shoes must be returned in original shoe box without damage to the box
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased at a discounted price or on a sale are not eligible for return.
  • Intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, hair accessories, swimwear, hats, & jewelry are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns. If the return violates our policy or does not follow the guidelines above, we will not be able to accept or issue a store credit and the customer will be responsible for paying if they would like to have the item shipped back to them. We will contact you to give you the option if this occurs.

Please allow us 5-10 business days to process any return.

Postage for return is the customer’s responsibility.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.You may return the item in-person at either location to avoid postage costs.
