Returns for store credit only or exchanges on non-sale items are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as merchandise meets the following guidelines :

-Items must be unworn & unwashed with original tags still intact

-Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur, & smoke or other odors

-Shoes must be returned in original shoe box without damage to the box.
